The cost of standard UK shipping is £8.95 ex VAT.

This is a next working day service via DPD couriers.

Tracking details will be emailed at time of dispatch. 

 

We use DPD as a trusted delivery partner and pay for a next day service so that you receive your clothing quickly and securely. This service gives you control of your delivery, you can monitor its progress and adjust your delivery timings and safe places.

FREE SHIPPING is available for orders over £500 (all prices excluding VAT).

 

If you are local to our DT5 address in Dorset, we will deliver to you, free of charge.

 

You are also welcome to collect your orders from our South Coast Embroidery HQ if it's more convenient for you.

This service is available for orders between qty 8 - 50 items and costs a flat rate of £75.

 

Please note: While we have confidence in DPD's next-day shipping service, any delivery delays are out of our control.

 

How are orders packaged?

Items will be baled by size and colour as standard and boxed in the order they are listed on your delivery note.

 

Fold & Bag - You have the option to receive each product individually folded and sealed in a compostable clear bag. Choose this option when adding each product to your cart.

 

Personalised service - For medium and large companies, we can offer a personalised service where items are packed and labelled by staff name in a separate bag to save you time when distributing uniform. Contact us for more information.
