What is embroidery?
Embroidery is the method of sewing different types of stitches into fabric to create a pattern or design, in our case that is done to add logos to clothing by an automated industrial embroidery machine.
We convert your logo from a jpeg, pdf, vector file or even a hand drawn image into an embroidery specific format which tells the machine stitch by stitch how to sew out your design, this process is called digitising and is a one-off requirement for every single design.
To ensure your design looks as good as possible on even the lightest weight fabrics we use a range of backing materials to improve each items ability to support embroidery, this is included in the price.
Popular positions for embroidery are left breast, right breast, right sleeve, left sleeve and back shoulders. We also embroider onto baseball caps, beanie hats and bags.
If you have an embroidery position in mind but aren't sure if it is possible, please get in touch for advice.
