We use Direct to Film (DTF) printing as our primary decoration method for printed t-shirts. DTF is a modern printing process that allows detailed, full-colour designs to be applied consistently across a wide range of garment styles and colours.
Our DTF setup supports an extended colour range beyond standard CMYK output, allowing for more accurate colour matching, smoother gradients and improved reproduction of complex artwork. This is particularly useful for logos and branding where colour consistency matters.
DTF printing uses water-based inks and does not rely on harsh solvents or chemicals. Designs can include multiple colours without additional setup requirements, making the process well suited to detailed artwork and variable designs across the same order.
Prints are applied using heat and pressure to create a durable finish designed to withstand regular wear and washing. This makes DTF a practical option for bulk orders such as uniforms, teamwear, events and merchandise where consistency and longevity are important.
