Why printed hoodies cost more than T-shirts

Hoodies are a more substantial garment than T-shirts, using significantly more fabric and heavier materials, so it’s expected that they cost more. A good-quality hoodie is designed to hold its shape, wash well and support printing over time.

Very low-cost hoodies can seem appealing on paper, but lighter fabrics and lower build quality often show wear quickly, especially after repeated washing. Where budgets are tight, a good quality printed T-shirt can often be better received and last longer than a very low-quality hoodie.
